About the Project

This project for Yemek54 was designed and implemented to strengthen the digital presence of a professional corporate catering company based in Sakarya.

The website is structured to represent the company's on-site production, delivered meals and custom diet menu services in the digital space in an effective, reliable and professional manner.

Technical Stack

The project was built with a Node.js + Handlebars + MongoDB architecture where frontend and backend work in an integrated way.

A custom CMS (Content Management System) was built from scratch to meet the company's needs. Handlebars was chosen so that the client can edit site content easily using the familiar HTML template structure.

The CMS includes: a simple, user-friendly Markdown editor; SEO-friendly URL structure; a modular plugin library; and dynamic page and content management.

With this setup, content can be managed without requiring technical knowledge.

Highlighted Features

Custom CMS: Reference logos, brand information and all page content are managed from a central panel via the custom CMS built with Node.js, Handlebars and MongoDB.

Subsidiary Integration: Group subsidiaries such as Şeker Afyon Besi Çiftliği, Şeker Afyon Esnaf Lokantası and Lulus Patisserie are integrated into the navigation with a dropdown structure, presenting group companies under one cohesive digital presence.

Service-Oriented Page Structure: On-site production, delivered meals and custom diet menu services are detailed on separate pages. The quote process is supported by strong CTA (Call to Action) buttons that direct users to the contact page.

Content and SEO: Corporate content is structured with blog, gallery and quality policy pages. Legal requirements such as cookie policy and consent text are integrated. SEO-friendly URLs and content support search engine visibility.

Conclusion

The Yemek54 project meets the catering sector's need for trust-, hygiene- and quality-focused communication with a modern, user-friendly web experience.

It delivers an integrated digital infrastructure where corporate identity, supply chain transparency and subsidiary structure can be managed from a single platform.
